Are there any ideological principles that your organisation follows to maintain the brand value?

Yes. Branding adds spirit and soul what seems to be a robotic, automated, and generic proposition.

Considering the pace at which the SaaS market is growing, how important is it to keep innovating to stay in the game?

Very Important. World is changing at an immense speed. On a blink of eye, a new technology, a new app, and a new device is invented. So, it is important to stay close to changing world to stay in the market.

What is one thing that puts your product apart from the crowd?
