Established in April 2016, Appynitty Communications is a global product engineering and digital services company having a forte in Mobile Application development. We are expanding our horizon to provide our clients end-to-end digital marketing services to create formidable digital impressions through Websites, Social Media Marketing, and Search Engine Optimization while giving a boost to digital sales through Lead Generation campaigns.

The company has been co-founded by siblings Aayush & Antaraa Daga.

An Engineer, Aayuush is the company’s technology expert and advisor. Q1) How does Appynitty Help Businesses?

We are in the mobile-first digital era where people eat, drink and even sleep with their smartphone in close proximity. Thus every business today needs to have a focused mobile marketing strategy of which mobile app forms a very important part. Mobile Apps provide clients quick, convenient and clutter-free access to the required products and services, enabling businesses to attract new clients and retain existing ones by providing best customer service and staying competitive.

Q2) How did you hit upon the idea for your Company?

We realized that many mobile apps that are made serve no purpose to business owing to its poor branding and functionality, keeping app users at bay even after downloading. The key to successful mobile app marketing is to provide the best user-experience through high quality and seamlessly functioning mobile app. But, not all businesses have the financial resources or subject-matter expertise to meticulously research, plan, design, develop and launch an app that will add value to their business. Thus we decided to create a platform where everyone is able to embrace mobile digitization with access to best technology at affordable pricing.

Q3) What software products do you use to increase productivity?

We are currently implementing Odoo ERP (including CRM, HRMS, Accounts and Project Management) in our Organization.

Q4) How have sales evolved since you first got into the business? What hasn’t changed?

We started with a small team of 3-4 Business Development Managers to test the waters in the local markets. Today we have a dedicated lead generation team and larger sales and after-sales team, catering not only to the Indian markets but also UAE and the USA. Being a technology oriented company we constantly improvise our products and sales services to suit our client requirements and new technology upgrades.

Q5) Think of something you’ve done in the past; what would you have done differently?

I think looking back and regretting is a futile task. Every decision you make, whether right or wrong, adds value to your life as it makes you richer in experience. I believe every decision I took in the past was optimized as per the situation then. I’m satisfied with all that I’ve done in the past as that is what has made me what I’m today!

Q6) What are some of the important features or traits that many of your customers are looking for? And how do you fulfill them?

Today, most businesses are looking at taking their business online, to boost their revenue through digital sales. Those who have not ventured into e-commerce yet look at mobile apps as an opportunity to explore m-commerce to take their business online and therefore payment integration is one of the most sought-after features!

We deal in native mobile apps which are feature-rich from all aspects. To facilitate m-commerce we have partnered with most major banks and e-wallet companies, enabling our clients to boost their digital revenue.

Q7) As a Co-Founder, how have your visions changed from the initial days of your company to the present?

Mobile apps are not just about digital branding anymore, it is a mainstream revenue generating channel and that’s what we are looking at creating – a win-win recurring revenue generating Mobile App Marketing Model. A model where you do not spend anything on developing your app, instead the app generates revenue for you.

Q8) What do you expect to see over the next 5 to 10 Years in the Marketing and Sales Industry?

Modern day marketing and sales are set for deeper digitization, evolving around innovation in mobile technology and social networking. Personalized and interactive marketing on digital platforms based on user behavior is the trend that will see further development in the years to come with real-time monitoring of Consumer Behaviour, increased use of Virtual Reality and Artificial Intelligence.

Q9) What was your journey like to get where you are now?

Well, it’s just the beginning, and I have a long way to go. Every step has been an enriching life experience.

Lastly, we would be glad to have your valuable suggestion for the new age Entrepreneurs who are taking baby steps in the industry today.

Entrepreneurship can be taxing, but if your passion is your business, you will overcome every hurdle. So venture into something that will act as your motivational driver instead of jumping onto the bandwagon of what the world is doing!
