Q1) What according to you are the major pillars on which Easy Accountax stands upon?

Easy Accountax mainly stands upon good customer service, rapid development of suggestions from clients, most affordable for small businesses for all their accounting needs, and we don’t believe in multiple packages so we have single package for all at the cheapest rate in the world.

Q2) How did you hit upon the idea of your company?

In 2008, I was working on a bespoke accounting software for an accountant in London. At that time, I realised that accountant has to re-enter data into their system which his clients have already done on other system. So, I thought why isn’t there a solution where small businesses get an easy to use UI to create invoices, bills and other business records and in backend the software does bookkeeping for them. This way, it will reduce accountant’s efforts to manage books and at the same time, give business a complete overview of business financials at any time.

Q3) How do you differentiate yourself from your competitors?

We believe in affordable solutions to help small businesses to go on cloud for their book keeping needs. We are the cheapest solution provider with most intuitive software. In addition, we are proud of our the best support with priority development on any new suggestions or feature requests by our clients. Our competitors are costly, take more time in developing new functionality and do not give importance on feedback or requests from clients.

Q4) How has the sales evolved since you first got into the business? What hasn’t changed?

We are constantly on growth. First one and half month we were in beta mode. After that we have managed to get good response from the clients and now have more than 5000 small businesses using our solution and we are rapidly expanding in other countries as well.

Q5) Would you rather be respected or feared?


Q6) Think of something you’ve done in the past; what would you have done differently?

I think there are many things which I have done in the past can be done differently as we always learn from our past experience.

Q7) How do you approach a decision where people disagree with you?

If someone disagrees with you then there can be a good or bad side of it. I always believe in taking views of others and listen to them as why they disagree and come to the best solution out of all.

Q8) What do you expect to see over the next 5 to 10 years in the Industry?

This is the digital age and in next 5 to 10 years everything will be on cloud. This is the time businesses start adopting cloud for their business solution which gives them access from anywhere anytime.

Q9) What are your experiences with highs and lows at Easy Accountax?

Entrepreneurship is all about managing people, nurturing your business, giving time to your business and at the same time giving time to your family. Worklife balance is the most important but during start up period this is the most difficult task. I have seen times when everything was going wrong and with big competitors it was difficult to compete in the market but then I decided to come up with my best and give them tough competition. We are on path of success now, even though our competitors have huge work force and working capital.
