I have been working with RepairDesk since 2014.

What is the most interesting thing about your job?

Adding more value to my product and motivation to my team.

Are there any ideological principles that your organization follows to maintain the brand value?

To provide an easy workflow and overview of all business operations of all kinds of repair stores.

Considering the pace at which the SaaS market is growing, how important is it to keep innovating to stay in the game?

It’s vital. Successful business requires excellent automation.

What is one thing that puts your product apart from the crowd?

I would say the product Flexibility and Affordability.
